Congratulations on booking your all inclusive package at Derby Conference Centre! We would like your day to be as individual and fit the style or theme you would like. So we can work with you and understand what you are looking for we have designed this form to help you think about what items and colours you would like. Here are some sample pictures........

You can look at these to give you an idea of what we can offer you to make sure the rooms look AMAZING!
The package includes lycra chair covers included in the price shown on the right. You can upgrade to loose cotton covers shown on the left if you prefer. A single sash is
also included. This comes in a choice of over 55 colours. You can upgrade to add a second sash, lace sash or hessian sash.
There is a small centre piece included in the package. This is a glass round bowl with roses included in either ivory, red, royal blue or dark purple. A mixture of roses can be provided if you prefer. The other option is bird cage which comes with one set of white t lights. Flowers can be added at an addition cost but this will limit you lighting the candles as this can be a fire risk. Artificial can also be provided at an additional cost if this preferred. There is also a sash table runner across the middle of the table. Each centre piece is on a mirror and tables are finished with silk petals or table crystals to compliment your colour scheme.
You can upgrade to tall vases, martini glass, candelabra's with either silk or fresh flowers if you prefer.
Swaggs are also included for the top table and cake table in a colour to match your colour scheme. There is also a choice of table plans included. This is either a bird cage
table plan, a mirror table plan. We email you the template which you type the names on, save then send back to us so we can print the table plan.
We also include table numbers for you and this is the choice available included in the package. We can provide wooden table numbers, table number blocks, a printed table number
on white card or a table name. There are also butterfly table number holders available to hire at an addition cost rather than using the venues.

If you want to browse our gallery and have a look at what we can offer you and what colours, theme and style you are looking to create for your big day. We can meet you at the venue and discuss
your requirements with you. The best way to see the sunken lounge is when this is dressed for a wedding. There is a list below of the dates that the venue will be dressed for a wedding and we can
let you know 5 days in advance of exactly what time once final timings are confirmed. If you have seen a room already or been to a wedding fayre we can meet you at the venue and bring some
